We don’t just sell software — we run it
NextGen Business Automation is a product company. Everything you see here we built ourselves, deployed ourselves, and monitor every day.
Every product started with a real problem
We never built a product by asking what was trending. Each one started with something concrete: a business losing WhatsApp enquiries faster than it could reply to them, a medical store writing off expired stock, an agency that could not tell which campaign was making money.
That is why our products are not bloated. The features that get used are there. The ones that only look good in a sales deck are not.
- In-house development — no outsourcing, no white-labelling
- Live production experience — five products running real businesses today
- Direct support — the people who built it are the people who support it
- Honest scoping — if we are not the right fit, we tell you upfront

How we work
Straight talk
We say what is possible and what is not. Timelines and pricing are clear before you commit to anything.
Software that gets used
We are not interested in a longer feature list. We build and maintain the things people actually open every day.
We stay after launch
Going live is not the end of the relationship. Updates, changes and support carry on afterwards.
Our story
NextGen Business Automation builds automation software for small and medium businesses. We started with custom development work, and as the same problems kept coming up with different clients, we turned those solutions into proper products — so the next business would not have to pay to build the same thing from scratch.
Today we have seven products. ChatXFlow, DawaiStore, PanelSuite, Autolyst and Admetics are live, while NextGen CRM and PRO ERP are in development and launching soon.
Alongside the software we run a marketing and ads team — Meta and Google campaigns, landing pages, WhatsApp automation and SEO. It exists because we kept watching good software sit unused while the business had no reliable way to bring customers to it.
If something in your business is being done by hand every day and could be done automatically, there is a reasonable chance we have already built the thing that does it.
